This setting can be utilised if you want to disable a user temporarily without deleting their settings and files. Later on, the user can be activated any time again, without data-loss.
It can be done by following through the below steps:
1. Log in as an admin.
2. Click on the top-right icon.
3. Select [Users] from the options.
4. Then, search for the intended user and click on
icon. Next, select [ ✘ Disable user ].
