How to disable and enable a user

This setting can be utilised if you want to disable a user temporarily without deleting their settings and files. Later on, the user can be activated any time again, without data-loss.

It can be done by following through the below steps:

Disable a user

1. Log in as an admin.

2. Click on the top-right icon.

3. Select [Users] from the options.

4. Then, search for the intended user and click on icon. Next, select [ ✘ Disable user ].

Enable a user

1. Follow the above step from step 1 to step 3.

2. After that, select [Disable users] from the left side options.

3. Then, search for the intended user and click on icon. Lastly, select [ + Enable user ].
