How to synchronize Contact with DCP and Microsoft Outlook
If you are using Microsoft Outlook, you are able to synchronize your contact with your Outlook’s Contact and vice versa.
First, make sure you have CalDav synchronizer plug-in installed on your Outlook. You simply need to click “Copy link” of the selected contact list and go to your CalDav synchronizer to create sync profile, paste the copied link at DAV URL and follow the steps, accordingly. After you have done, your contact is now synched to your Outlook.
You may follow thru the detailed guidelines below:
Install CalDav Synchronizer
1. Please click on this link to get the installer:

2. Then, it will direct you to this page. Please proceed to download it by click on the Download button.
3. Next, extract the ZIP file.
4. Click on the CalDavSynchronizer.Setup.
5. Proceed with [ Next ].
6. Browse the folder to save the program and click on [ Next ].
7. Click on [ Yes ].
8. Click on [ Close ] once the installation complete. The plugin now will be available on your Microsoft Outlook.
Synchronize Contacts
1. First, please login to your DCP and go to [ Contact ]. Then, click on [ Settings ].
2. Next, click on 
and select [ Copy link ].
3. Then, launch the Microsoft Outlook and go to CalDav Synchronizer tab.
4. Click on [ Synchronization Profiles ] to create a new profile.
5. Next, click on + to add new profile.
6. Select Nextcloud as the profile type and click on [ OK ].
7. Write the Profile's name. For Outlook folder, you may click on and select Contact . Then, proceed with [ OK ].
8. Paste the copied link in the DAV URL. Fill in your DCP login detail in the provided field.
You may change the synchronization interval as well. However, it is advisable to not make it too frequent as it may cause your Ms Outlook to decrease in performance or crash.
9. Click on [ Test or discover settings ] to verify your settings.
10. This box will be prompted if your connection is successful. So, you may click on [ OK ].
11. Lastly, please click on [ OK ] to finish your profile setup.
12. You may view your contacts in the Microsoft Outlook Contacts.
It should be similar or synced with the DCP's Contacts.
Please note that this synchronization do not work on Microsoft Outlook for Mac
