TROUBLESHOOTING TOO MANY LOGIN REQUESTS ISSUE
If you are getting the following error while logging in from your DCP portal:
It could be due to:
You have tried to login multiple times with an incorrect password.
You may have other app installed on your mobile phone or PC that is trying to access your DCP account with an incorrect password.
There are too many users accessing to DCP using the same network.
We suggest the following solution:
Please try to clear your browser cache and cookies.
Restart your Internet modem.
Make sure all devices connecting to your DCP account are updated with the correct password.
