TROUBLESHOOTING TOO MANY LOGIN REQUESTS ISSUE

If you are getting the following error while logging in from your DCP portal:

It could be due to:

  • You have tried to login multiple times with an incorrect password.
  • You may have other app installed on your mobile phone or PC that is trying to access your DCP account with an incorrect password.
  • There are too many users accessing to DCP using the same network.

We suggest the following solution:

  • Please try to clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Restart your Internet modem.
  • Make sure all devices connecting to your DCP account are updated with the correct password.
