Home > DCP Files App > How to delete files/folders in DCP
1. Log in to your DCP account and go to [Files].
2. Search for the file or folder which you wish to be deleted.
4. Then, select [Delete file / Delete folder] from the option.
5. If you want to delete multiple files/folders, tick the checkbox of the files/folders and click on [•••Actions].
Next, select [Delete] from the drop-down.
6. To permanently delete the files/folders, you need to go to the [Deleted files] as shown below.
7. Search for the file/folder and click on
icon. Then, select [Delete permanently].
Here, you may also choose to restore the file/folder.
8. If you want to restore or permanently delete multiple files/folders, tick the checkbox and click on [•••Actions].
Next, select [Restore] or [Delete permanently] from the drop-down.
