How to synchronize Task from DCP to Microsoft Outlook

If you are using Microsoft Outlook, you may want to synchronize your task list with your Outlook’s Task feature.

First, make sure you have CalDav synchronizer plug-in installed on your Outlook. You simply need to click “Copy private link” of the selected task list and go to your CalDav synchronizer to create sync profile, paste the copied link at DAV URL and follow the steps, accordingly. After you have done, your task is now synched to your Outlook.

You may follow thru the detailed guidelines below:

Install CalDav Synchronizer

1. Please click on this link to get the installer:

2. Then, it will direct you to this page. Please proceed to download it by click on the Download button.

3. Next, extract the ZIP file.

4. Click on the CalDavSynchronizer.Setup.

5. Proceed with [ Next ].

6. Browse the folder to save the program and click on [ Next ].

7. Click on [ Yes ].

8. Click on [ Close ] once the installation complete. The plugin now will be available on your Microsoft Outlook.

Synchronize Tasks

1. First, please login to your DCP and go to [ Tasks ]. Then, on the selected list, click on and select [ Copy private link ].

2. Then, launch the Microsoft Outlook and go to CalDav Synchronize tab.

3. Click on [ Synchronization Profiles ] to create a new profile.

4. Next, click on + to add new profile.

5. Select Nextcloud as the profile type and click on [ OK ].

6. Write the Profile's name. For Outlook folder, you may click on and select Tasks . Then, proceed with [ OK ].

7. Click on [ Test or discover settings ] to verify you settings.

8. This box will be prompted if your connection is okay. So, you may click on [ OK ].

9. Lastly, please click on [ OK ] to finish your profile setup.

10. You may view your tasks in the Microsoft Outlook Tasks.

11. It should be similar or synced with the DCP's Tasks.

Please note that Microsoft Outlook do not support the subtask in your DCP Tasks. So, any subtask will be on the same level as the task shown in point number 10 above
